Daily at your hotel, vacation rental, or residence. Based on our many years of experience treating travelers and their specific needs, we provide a careful evaluation, treatment plan, patient education, and follow-up.

Appointments
Call Dr. Garvey directly (808) 896 - 2006. If your problem cannot be appropriately treated in a house call, she will advise you of the best place to go for treatment

Fees
Basic charge for normal hours Monday - Friday from 10am-4pm. There is a surcharge for distance (South of Waikoloa), after hours, weekends, holidays, festive, medications, lab tests, or procedures. Payment is due at the time of the visit by cash, check, or room charge.

Insurance
We do not bill insurance directly but will provide you a standardized insurance receipt (HCFA Superbill) to be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. The superbill must be requested at the time of the visit, and we do not guarantee reimbursement.

Phone Consultations
Provided only if no physical exam is required. There is no charge if a house call is scheduled, otherwise $50 for up to 10 minutes.
